ESPO awarded an e-Procurement & e-Contract Management Services Framework contract to EUROPEAN DYNAMICS

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS (EDYN) has been appointed as a one of the contractors in the E-Solutions framework contract by the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO), acting on behalf of Pro5 a consortium of Professional Buying Organisations which includes over 70 UK public contracting authorities.

EDYN has been included in all 6 lots of the framework contract, which covers a wide range of services such as E-Tendering, E-Evaluation, E-Auctions, E-Contract Management and E-Document Exchange.

EDYN offers an advanced solution and maximum functionality (based on its e-PPS electronic procurement platform), as a managed service for fulfilling the needs of government and public authorities in the above services.

e-PPS is a multilingual, open, secure, interoperable, configurable and customisable platform allowing the implementation of a full cycle of electronic public procurement and all associated e-collaboration and supply management services. The platform uses modern technologies, open standards and fully complies with EU and UK legislation on public procurement.

About ESPO and Pro5

The Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) is a local authority purchasing consortium operating throughout the Midlands and East of England and is a member of the Pro5 group of Professional Buying Organisations (PBOs) which includes the Central Buying Consortium (CBC), West Mercia Supplies (WMS), the North East Purchasing Organisation (NEPO) and the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO).

ESPO is working on behalf of Pro5 to take the lead in the procurement process and has established a Framework Agreement with a small number of providers of various E-Solutions to meet the needs of the various Pro5 members. This includes but is not limited to E-tendering, Contract Management Solutions including supplier portals, Electronic document exchange, E-Evaluation, E-Auctions and other related services.
